75-Year Carload Pass – Official Terms & Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

The prize consists of one (1) promotional 75-Year Carload Pass valid for complimentary admission of one (1) passenger vehicle to regular movie nights at the McHenry Outdoor Theater for seventy-five (75) years from the date of issuance, subject to theater operating schedules, policies, capacity limitations, and any applicable restrictions.

This pass has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, credit, or any other consideration, and may not be sold, assigned, or transferred except as permitted by the theater. The pass is intended solely as a promotional benefit and does not represent a cash prize, investment, or property right.

The McHenry Outdoor Theater reserves the right to modify, suspend, substitute, or terminate the promotional benefit if ownership, operations, applicable laws, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control make fulfillment impractical or impossible.

The pass may be revoked if altered, duplicated, misused, or obtained through fraud. Acceptance of the prize constitutes acceptance of these terms and any additional official rules governing the promotion.!
