We are now hiring part time for the upcoming season at the McHenry Outdoor Theater. Applicants must be 16 years or older. A candidate's hourly pay will be aligned with their level of skills, education, training, and past work history.

There will be a hiring event on Saturday, February 21st from 1P-4P here at the theater where you’ll meet managers and staff to learn more about what your potential role could be if you join our team.

You MUST have an appointment to be interviewed for a position.

Our staff works together to give movie-goers the best experience possible. From entering at the box office, finding the right parking space, concessions, managing staff and more!

We’re looking for outgoing individuals who will excel in customer relations while learning valuable skills for the future. Many have come through the doors here at the theater and told us how it helped them as they moved through the ranks at various jobs.
